It is not
my intention to be the focus of this web site however, you do deserve
the right (if you choose) to know who it is you are dealing with. Many
of you will just be happy with the fact that I am a full
time agent* and not care too much
about my life history. Others of you are telling yourself, "I know
this mug from somewhere." If you are like me, you like to place
a face. Some of you may "just want to know". Whatever
your reason, some verbal snapshots of my resume and biography are offered
below.

We
all "shop price" until it becomes
apparent that
the low price is diminishing the value
we receive.

all you get is a sign on your lawn
and an ill-prepared MLS listing,
that is not value.

half of the surveys are returned and sometimes they contain interesting
